UVM NIGEL

UVM Nigel (UVM Jubilant) joined our farm right after showing in the 2006 Vermont Morgan Classic.  In 2007, under the guidance and training of Mike Carpenter Stables, UVM Nigel debuted at New England and performed well.  A few weeks later and with a show under his belt he was crowned 2007 Mass Morgan Two Year Old Pleasure Driving Champion.  Nigel returned home to Stonegate Stables after his 2007 show season and has been broke to saddle with the intention of showing in 2008.  Nigel has proven to be multi-talented and a pleasure to work with.  He has beauty, intelligence and a kind heart.  Come see him work! Accomplishments: Whitney spent the first few months of this year being broke to drive at Mike Carpenter Stables.  After she was done, she returned to Stonegate Stables and was broke to saddle.  Whitney has taken well to these new adventures and looks to be a world class hunter.  She has the right trot and head set for the new style of hunter.  Easily ridden by anyone, Whitney will make a great junior exhibitor horse.

                      

CBMF Piece of My Heart

Stonegate Stables and Armada Morgans are thrilled to have "Whitney" join our farm.  Sired by Centerpiece and out of Stonecroft Love Story (Full sister to Stonecroft Byzantine) this mare will bring a line of blood to our farm that we believe can take our farm to a whole new level.  Whitney will be going to work and in the future will have a place in our breeding program.

ARMADA CJ PRIDE

Here she is.  Our FIRST FOAL!!! CJ is all we could hope for.  She will make a perfect replacement for her mother at our farm for years and years to come.  This very upheaded filly is already showing great movement and that HERE I AM show attitude. She was a late foal so she may be shown, but only lightly.  A few years from now, CJ will be the one with all the ribbons.  Thank you Kendall Kara Lee for this fine baby.  We are very grateful.

DTA FRIENDSHIP'S FINNEGAN

Finnegan is where all of this started from.  Finnegan was purchased as our first Morgan.  He sold us on the breed and we caught the bug.  Finnegan is a great care taker and is excellent in all aspects of a working Morgan.  He does well under saddle and has taught us all how to drive.  Finnegan is a great representative of why Morgans are so loved.

 SC ISLAND SENORITA

Rita is simply a great horse to be around.  She has been broke to saddle and is a real care taker of her riders.  She works hard for us in our lesson program and will make a great family horse.  Rita is just one of those horses that you just want to be around.  She appreciates all you do for her and in return gives you her best.  This is a no regrets kinda horse.  She just keeps getting better.

UVM OPAL

UVM Opal was purchased in 2006 from the University of Vermont Morgan Farm.  Opal is a big filly foal and glows of the quality that UVM promotes.  We thank Steve and his team for their patience and guidance as we toured the facility and saw all of the 2006 foals.  We are very pleased to have Opal in our Morgan family and proud of her UVM pedigree.

EQUINOX ROULETTE

Roulette, did I mention she is black.  Black as night.  When we visited Ivan and East of Equinox, this horse caught the eye of the entire family and we knew we were going to get this one.  Roulette is working hard and has taken to her new equipment.  She will be worked to drive this year and then broke to be a hunter/jumper.  She follows her sire in size and has the length of legs for the job.  This will be no small horse.  We do not believe that Courage of Sweet Meadow has sired many babies in the past few years. This could be one of his finest!
